This Privacy Policy describes the policies and procedures of Mercedes and Singh Innovative Ventures ("the Company", "We", "Us", or "Our") on the collection, use, and disclosure of Your information when You use the Blitz mobile application (the "Service").
It explains Your privacy rights under applicable laws, including Canada's Personal Information Protection and Electronic Documents Act (PIPEDA), the EU's General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), and California's Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA) as amended by the California Privacy Rights Act (CPRA).

1. Interpretation and Definitions
Interpretation
The words of which the initial letter is capitalized have meanings defined under the following conditions. The following definitions shall have the same meaning regardless of whether they appear in singular or in plural.

- Account: A unique account created for You to access our Service or parts of our Service.
- Application: The Blitz mobile software program provided by the Company.

A. Information You Provide Directly to Us
While using Our Service, we may ask You to provide Us with certain personally identifiable information, including but not limited to:
- Identity & Contact Information: First and last name, email address, phone number.
- Delivery & Location Information: Your physical address, job site location, or other delivery addresses you provide.
- Payment Information: Your credit card details or other payment method information to process orders. This information is provided directly to our third-party payment processors and is not stored on our servers.
B. Information Collected While Using the Application (With Your Permission)
While using Our Application, to provide core features of the Service, We may collect, with Your prior permission:
- Precise Location Information: We may request access to your location to help you find nearby suppliers and to automatically fill in your current location as a delivery address.
You can enable or disable access to this information at any time through Your Device settings.
3. Tracking Technologies, Analytics, and Cookies
We use Cookies and similar tracking technologies to track activity on Our Service, store certain information, and improve and analyze Our Service. The technologies We use may include:
- Cookies or Browser Cookies: A small file placed on Your Device.
- Mobile Device Identifiers: Unique identifiers assigned to your mobile device by the operating system.
- Pixels and Beacons: Small electronic files that permit the Company, for example, to count users who have visited certain pages and for other related app statistics.

4. How We Use Your Personal Data
The Company uses Personal Data for the following purposes:
- To Provide and Maintain our Service: Including allowing you to browse suppliers and place orders.
- To Manage Your Account: To manage your registration, order history, and saved addresses.
- To Process Your Orders and Payments: To fulfill your requests for materials, process transactions securely, and prevent fraudulent purchases.
- To Communicate with You: To contact You by email, phone, SMS, or push notifications regarding your order status, account updates, and important service announcements.

5. Behavioral Remarketing
The Company uses remarketing services to advertise to You on third-party websites after You have used our Service. We and Our third-party vendors use cookies and other tracking technologies to inform, optimize, and serve ads based on Your past use of our Service.
- Google Ads (AdWords): The Google Ads remarketing service is provided by Google Inc. You can opt-out of Google Analytics for Display Advertising and customize the Google Display Network ads by visiting the Google Ads Settings page: http://www.google.com/settings/ads
6. Sharing Your Personal Information
We may share your personal information in the following situations:
- With Drivers and Suppliers: We share necessary order information, such as your name, delivery address, and contact details, with the Driver assigned to your order and the Supplier you are purchasing from, to facilitate the delivery.
- With Service Providers: We share data with third-party vendors to help us operate our Service. These include:
- Firebase (Google): For backend infrastructure (authentication, database, storage).
- Google Cloud Platform & Google Maps/Places: For location services, navigation, and fetching supplier details.
- Stripe (or other payment processors): To securely process your payments.
- Nodemailer / Twilio: For sending transactional emails and SMS messages.
- Analytics and Advertising Partners: As described in the sections above.
- For Business Transfers: We may share or transfer your personal information in connection with, or during negotiations of, any merger, sale of Company assets, financing, or acquisition of all or a portion of Our business to another company.
- With Affiliates: We may share Your information with Our affiliates, in which case we will require those affiliates to honor this Privacy Policy.
- For Legal Requirements: Under certain circumstances, the Company may be required to disclose Your Personal Data if required to do so by law or in response to valid requests by public authorities (e.g., a court or a government agency).
7. Payments
We process payments for orders via third-party payment processors, such as Stripe. Your payment information is provided directly to these processors and is subject to their privacy policies. We do not store your full credit card details on our servers.

Your information, including Personal Data, is processed at the Company's operating offices and in any other places where the parties involved in the processing are located. Our Service is not directed to anyone under the age of 18. We do not knowingly collect personally identifiable information from children under 13 in compliance with the Children's Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA). If We become aware that We have collected Personal Data from a child without verification of parental consent, We take steps to remove that information from Our servers.
